Dear Todd,

For years, my wife and I have talked about what our home lacked in living space.  At times, we laughed about remodeling, after raising two children and many dogs in our 1970 Florida ranch house of 1700 square feet.  I must admit, I was not at all anxious for change.  This was our home for 38 years.  At our first meetings with you, we were told we could probably have a new house for what it would cost to accomplish what we were asking for.  You will remember we responded, “We have memories in this home.”

From that point on, we feel we developed a special working relationship with you at Orange Blossom Developers.  The purpose of this letter is to thank you for what you accomplished.  From the meetings to discuss the very major reconfiguration of our home to the daily contacts during construction, you were courteous, efficient and committed.  Of no less importance, your choice of subcontractors was indicative of your professionalism as a builder.  They all were on time, a pleasure to deal with, and always took the time to make sure we were satisfied.

Our new home is perfectly beautiful and also user friendly.  From our new custom kitchen to my “dog den”, your efforts exceeded our expectations.  We now have a home that is what we have dreamed about, and also looks like it belongs on our waterfront property in our neighborhood.  It does not look “added on to”, but as if it was originally built as it is now.  This home has the true native Florida home look, which we wanted.  And Todd, as important as your job was to us, the help Brooke was to Sandra on the many selections of items, i.e. light fixtures, flooring, paint colors, etc., was absolutely outstanding.  She is an intricate part of the success of this undertaking.

In closing, Sandra and I want to thank you all at Orange Blossom.  Everyone was committed to doing an outstanding job, meeting commitments as to cost, construction schedule, occupancy date, and quality of work.  You may feel free to refer any prospective clients to us for our comments.  Again, thank you so very much for leading us through this major project so successfully.
